We had the kung pao VG chicken and orange peel VG steak. Both items were great - special mention for the latter! Been here a few times over the years and been generally happy with the food. The service was the fastest I can remember in a long time. The interiors were quite cozy without being fancy, and the soft music in the background made for a friendly, easygoing vibe that you'd hope for from a business in your neighborhood.
I went to this place looking at reviews. Food was good but the service was extremely bad. The only time the server came was to get order inspite of very less customers that time, not even for water refill or even checking for any concerns. This place is definitely not worth your time and money so would never recommend this place based on my experience.
Decent wok hey in their fried rice, chow fun, chow mien, other dishes. Most dishes are great! Especially Basil Chow Fun, it's sooooo goooood. Even the plain vegetable fried rice was fragrant (but clearly meant to be ordered with other entrees, it's lightly seasoned) But their sweet and sour sauce tastes pretty bad, like a vinegar that was very artificially enhanced with some badly developed flavors.
