I will fully admit that I’ve had more enjoyable vegan food back in the bay, but this is by no means a knock on this place. I still really appreciate all the work the owners put in. I had The Ruby Melt. Portion sizes were small but those fries were excellent! Pair them up with ranch! Dessert is also so slay! I don’t know if/when I’ll be back here but I’m still gonna give this place a good review anyway.
This place rocks! The food fixes my cravings and I can taste the heart and care they put into the food. The vibes are off the chart!
So many good options, everything is cooked super well and well seasoned. Very excited to come back here

There's not enough good things I can say about Veg.Edible. They're truly one of a kind and SUCH an Omaha gem. I live out of town and now specifically visit them when in Omaha because their treats are phenomenal- not just "good for being vegan" but actually genuinely delicious. Recently going dairy and soy free for an allergy it is dang near IMPOSSIBLE to find items available that will work from a store/restaurant.
