Jimmy was amazing. His quote wasn't the cheapest. But it was definitely very reasonable. We wanted real grass and some trees/shrubs. Found Jimmy through the SNWA smart water certified contractor list. We wanted the job done right. He gave his honest opinion on what we had in mind. Not what HOA wanted.
