Dr Chang is very rude, I told her that I needed paperwork filled out for my HR department because I can't see /drive at night her response was yes you can it must be some other medical issue you're having !?!? Hello I can't see at night to drive !!!!! And the new glasses our horrible flimsy they feel like they're going to break ! I will be returning them today for my refund looking for a new optometrist at this point !!! Horrible experience!!!
Do not go here they broke my glasses without a waiver being signed and told me to wait in the back of the line to receive them 2 weeks later because they’re “backed up”
Go to the Vegas Vision on Maryland they are the best been going there with my kids for years, this one on Craig is closer I took one of my kids once and the lady at the front desk, Sherry ..... WOW , rude very rude and condescending, and her co workers know it that was obvious, why Vegas Vision has done nothing about it I do not know but I will drive the 24mins to the Vegas Vision on Maryland. ● DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ●

Does anybody else have a problem with the frames of their glasses literally falling apart? This happened to me twice, the arms of my glasses just fell off twice, two different set of frames; one arm the first time, and both arms the 2nd time. I'm on my 3rd set of eye glass frames which I purchased from another eyeglass place, and these frames are expensive! I am not a "Happy Camper" at all!
