I highly recommend Roxy for all your tax needs! She so sweet and incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire tax process so easy and stress-free. Her service was amazing, and she took the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was done correctly. You can truly tell that she cares about her clients. I’m so happy with the service I received and will definitely will be my only person to do my taxes with !!!

I have been a client of Mr. Vega’s office since 2005. In 2007, after going through a divorce, I decided to go to another office for tax preparation. Unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory: the cost was high, my taxes were not prepared correctly, and I did not receive proper guidance—especially considering my new status as head of household. Horrible! Told me to come in Monday, today to do my taxes instead of the weekend since the weekend was busy for them. So I respected that and come in today at 1pm. the lady just tells me I can’t do my taxes today. She wants me to come back tomorrow. The deadline. That the list is long and people should come before a certain time. I came in at 1. They close at 7… No one told me to come at a certain time , just to come Monday for a walk in. Wouldn’t recommend. 0/10
