I have been a client of Mr. Vega’s office since 2005. In 2007, after going through a divorce, I decided to go to another office for tax preparation. Unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory: the cost was high, my taxes were not prepared correctly, and I did not receive proper guidance—especially considering my new status as head of household. Horrible! Told me to come in Monday, today to do my taxes instead of the weekend since the weekend was busy for them. So I respected that and come in today at 1pm. the lady just tells me I can’t do my taxes today. She wants me to come back tomorrow. The deadline. That the list is long and people should come before a certain time. I came in at 1. They close at 7… No one told me to come at a certain time , just to come Monday for a walk in. Wouldn’t recommend. 0/10

I wanted to love this place. I’ve been doing my taxes here for years and never had any issues, however, I recently called to request a copy of some tax form copies, the girl said “I’ll email you and you’ll just need to respond to that email” so I thought it would be easy breezy. This was on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday there was no follow up!!!!! Then on Friday I had to call as I still hadn’t recovered any documents and they still hadn’t even seen the email!!!!
