I wanted to love this place. I’ve been doing my taxes here for years and never had any issues, however, I recently called to request a copy of some tax form copies, the girl said “I’ll email you and you’ll just need to respond to that email” so I thought it would be easy breezy. This was on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday there was no follow up!!!!! Then on Friday I had to call as I still hadn’t recovered any documents and they still hadn’t even seen the email!!!! My husband and I have been filing our taxes with Vegas Tax services since 2009!! Mr Vega is very knowledgeable and we have never had an issue with the IRS!! We are for life clients!! Highly recommend if you never want to run into issue with the IRS! Also, plan to clear your morning or afternoon because he’s high demand in tax season, you will be waiting!
