Sue is the best! She is kind, quick, and efficient in this matter that I’m going through. She was out of town, but was able to come back early to get everything squared away for me and I can’t thank her enough!! Communication is always key and she provided that professionalism to me.
I spoke with Susan yesterday sent her the paperwork and she had the defendant served within 24 hours. When the defendant wasn’t at the address that I had on file, she contacted the defendant and set up a location to meet with him. She went above and beyond. Whenever I need process serving in Las Vegas, I will absolutely use Susan at Vegas Pro Serve. I could not be more impressed.
stay away from this lady!! she confused me with a different client, when I calmly corrected her about it she told me it doesn't matter who this is ?? she was harsh unprofessional I'm so happy I didn't hire her. save your money save your time. before hanging up on me she told me I'm lucky she answer. if your looking for someone to help you with processs serving run the other way.
Called this morning to see if I could get a paper served. Was given a fair price and was told it would be done tomorrow. A couple hours later Susan called to let me know she could serve the paper today. She was very professional and quick with service. I will be recommending her to anyone who needs her services and will use her again if needed.
