Turns out that it needed to be replaced. their field technician was very polite and swift. they were even able to give me a fair price. I recommend this company to anyone having plumbing difficulties.
Had some problems with the toilet on the first floor backing up ever since we moved into the neighborhood (Ashwood at Nevada Trails) about 10 months ago. Im not the most handy guy, so I called around to see who could get out to fix the toilet after the 3rd time it backed up.The guy came out, refitted the S trap, and not a problem with it since.Would definitely call them again if I needed any plumbing problems fixed.
I highly recommend Vegas Plumber! I called them to fix an old water heater - and they had it done that day. If you need to call anyone for plumbing, water, heating problems - they are the best, hands down for the area. Much cheaper than I had thought, too!
