This place is such a rip off and has gone downhill. Been going there on and off for 5 years and I’ve had it! They change prices to whatever when they feel like it. Service is SO SLOW. Pedicures are painful. Went to get just a fill-in 1.5 hours before they close, they stared at me wouldn’t acknowledge me then said they’re closed because they’re too lazy. NEVER SPENDING ANOTHER DIME HERE EVER!!
I have been seeing Kevin about 4 year and he is very very nice and sincerely takes pride in doing a good job. I moved from Surprise to Glendale and normally I make the drive back to Surprise but Kevin was oon vacation for several weeks so I tried a new place near me in Glendale and it was a big mistake. Absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for about five months and it never disappoints! It’s clean and easy to get into. I make an appointment each time, which I would always advise; However I have seen them accommodate walk-in’s too. AND I absolutely love my nails and toes every single time!
Kevin is so sweet and does a great job. I gave 3 stars bc of the service I received last time I went. Kevin is out of town and had to get them done by the other dude and his wife. His wife is very rude. She made me wait for an hour when I got there even though I called and I asked if I were to come around 4 PM would they be able to take me? She said yes. The design was done the EXACT way I wanted it, they were super sweet and they have reasonable pricing. 10/10 definitely going back
