Shawn was beyond helpful and thorough today. I truly appreciate that Vegas Knight and Day had someone out within 30 minutes of my call—that kind of responsiveness is rare! Now it’s a waiting game with property management since a full AC replacement is needed, but VKD, you guys are awesome. Thank you for the fast service and genuine care.
didn't have a great experience with thech... but the owners wife talked to me and explained in clear words what was going on with my AC. i don't don't like vauge answers and the owner changed my experience. Looks like we need a new AC and i'm comfortable hiring this company after taking to owner. update post coming soon.
