Called with an A/C issue at 10:35am .... Got an actual person on the phone and Jessica was super friendly and helpful. Technician showed up in the window (12-4) 2:45pm. Told Shawn the issue and he had the capacitor replaced and a/c running in 15 minutes. He did say this was simple but I'm so happy to have cold air!!!! It's the middle of summer. Thank you
