I attended the UC Master Gardeners Harvest Festival and Vegan Circus was the Featured Food Truck. The festival was excellent and very well attended even in the hot weather. First let me say even though I love most vegetables and some plant based items, I still enjoy meat. I decided to give Vegan Circus a try. Ohhhhh my gosh! I ordered their Big Top Burger. Got the corn dog and churro pretzel last night in Auburn. Our friend got the salad. And, my hubby got the jalapeño cheeseburger. All were very happy. My hubby and I have eaten here several times. We've tried most everything. Always a treat when they come to Auburn. Thinking about making the trip to Grass Valley tonight to get some more. 😅 Highly recommend.
