Complete disappointment. They are careless and dismissive of any damage they do. They will not stand behind their work no matter how many thousands spent on their work. Complain too much about lawn damage, plant or property damage and they will not service you.
I have used them for snow removal for a few years and I am very pleased. They are prompt and reliable, not to mention affordable. No matter how big the snowfall, my driveway is clear and my sidewalk is shoveled by the time I head out the door at 7am.
Horrible. Don't bother calling them. They provide quotes which you accept and then don't show up. Try to call them and rarely, if ever, does anyone pick up the phone or call back if you leave a message. Guess they have too much business to be bothered with some customers. If they keep treating customers the way they treated me - they won't have the problem for long.
