Long overdue review! Gelis and her team installed the new flooring in our kitchen, dining room, and master bedroom back in June 2025, and we couldn’t be happier. A real pleasure to deal with Vega’s Flooring Iinnovation from the showroom thru installation. Extremely helpful in helping choose the right flooring for the job. The installation went smooth as silk with the crew showing up on time and doing a beutiful job installing new flooring in the kitchen and two baths - all in one day. A very impressive job with great attention to detail. Fair pricing, great workmanship and another happy customer!
I've dealt with several flooring contracter/installers over the years, and I have to admit this was the best experience from start to finish I've ever experienced. The customer service provided by Gelis was excellent and she was very communicative throughout the entire job. The initial estimate I received was thoroughly detailed and sent for me to review. Great staff!! From the moment we walked into the store, the follow-up calls, walk-thru of work during process, and final inspection. Extremely professional, efficient, hard-working and very neat in cleaning up each day. Very pleased with Carlos and his crew! Highly recommend their work!
This is my first project removal and installation of my new flooring was excellent . They are very professional and take very much pride in their work and quality . I will definitely consider them in the future for any other projects that I may need in the future.
