Do not waste your money on Vega Roofing Solutions, LLC! They promised to finish my roof within a week, but it took them nearly a month. Every time I called, they said “we’ll be there tomorrow,” but never showed up. The workers were careless and damaged my gutters during installation. After they left, I found several leaks when it rained. I’ve called multiple times asking for repairs under warranty, but no response at all. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Vega Roofing Solutions, LLC took my deposit, disappeared for weeks, and then showed up unannounced. They rushed the job, left visible gaps between shingles, and didn’t even seal the flashing properly. The roof now leaks during every rainstorm. When I called, they promised to send someone — no one ever came. They refuse to take accountability for their poor work. Completely unethical and untrustworthy business.
