I would not recommend this company. They charged my credit card for a service I signed up for before scheduling the appointment. I reached out the day before my scheduled appointment to confirm and was told they didn't plan on coming due to the hot weather. Fair enough! I'm not sure if they had planned on informing me about the cancellation or if they just didn't plan on showing up the next day. I asked to reschedule but was ghosted by their office manager. Not honest, unprofessional billing practice. Refused to refund for the work they didn’t do. I contacted them to do pool cover maintenance plus extra service of cleaning and applying protective oil, which was additional 600$. The first warning sign that they billed my credit card two weeks before coming. During the visit technician said he couldn’t do oil due to hole in the cover, which can contaminate water. Juan at Vega Pool Cover did an excellent job installing my pool cover. He coordinated all aspects of the job, including with the electrician, and performed the work on schedule. He's responsive, friendly, and professional.
