Horrible service and bad communication. I was charged for parts twice, paid for parts that were not installed and I was given 2 rate increases of an additional $500 and another for $200 after the initial estimate of $500-$700. They are rude and disrespectful to customers and they broke parts without reporting it or replacing them. They are deceptive
New to the area. My car was reading a code that I couldn’t drive back home to see my usual guy. However Vega Automotive got me in right away and immediately set any concerns to ease. The lovely lady in the front was incredibly kind and understanding. Thank you so much for keeping me updated and making sure I was comfortable before assuming any repairs. If her kindness and the hard working mechanics don’t win you over I promise you, the shop puppies will :) thanks again!!!
