This is the first time we used Vega Air and we could not have been more impressed. We worked with two different technicians for two different services and both were extremely skilled, thorough, professional, and spent the time to do an outstanding job. Very pleased with the friendly service from the original scheduling through the followup. Communication was excellent as well.

We hired Vega Air in August of last year for our new build. After the initial deposit, they completed the first half of the work, but the experience turned once we reached the finish line in October. Despite requesting the second half of the payment immediately, a walkthrough revealed several incomplete items: missing living room and porch vent covers and unfinished hood ductwork.
