Jerad was very professional and showed up as soon as possible. He had our unit up and going in 15 minutes and it was covered under warranty. Knocked a star off not for the service as all the staff was great. We were disapointed that our unit had a part fail a year after the unit was purchased, I expected it to be trouble free at least for a few years. Vega has done a very good job and we will continue to recomend them to others
