Dr. Suzuki and Melissa were incredible, compassionate and comforting. Watching the entire staff handle critical cases, it was clear everyone who works here loves animals and is the best at what they do
They are the absolute best! All of the staff was caring and very professional! We felt like our dog Izzy was in great hands. Dr Paul and Nurse Melissa are so kind and caring. Leakey at the front desk was amazing! I only have great things to say about these great people. Thank you!
Thank you for taking such care of my baby girl. The staff from the reception, doctors, nurses. Everyone was so kind and made us feel at ease while having to one of the hardest things we've ever had to do. Thankful they work with small exotic animals! Thank you so much.
We took our cat here when she was sick and this group was fantastic! The doctors were so helpful and even the front desk staff went above and beyond for us. They were so attentive to what our cat needed. We even had to call back a few days later at 4 am and they gave us their professional opinion on if she needed to be brought back in or not. I feel so confident in this group as the vet can be expensive and we never felt like we were being pressured to spend more money or bring her back in.
