I brought my puppy in after he got into some trouble and I was really worried. The staff was incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in and made me feel so much better. They were very transparent about pricing upfront and even gave me helpful information about pet insurance. What stood out the most was how warm and welcoming everything felt. The ENTIRE VEG staff were amazing to my dog and I!! From beginning to end they were so kind despite my dog having diarrhea and peeing everywhere. They were so comforting to her while she wasn’t feeling well. They took such good care of her. I didn’t have a great experience in the past but this time was remarkable. We will 100% be coming back if we ever have another emergency. Everyone worked so hard to make sure my dog felt safe and the vets worked so hard to figure out how to make her feel better. if you are having an emergency this is definitely the place to go. you are taken back as soon as you arrive to be triaged and see a vet within 15 minutes. our vet was Kirstin Paul and she was incredible. she talked us through everything and let us know the care plan. you get sent an invoice to your phone to approve or deny what you would like to be done. we were in and out less than 2 hours! not to mention, they don’t overcharge; the prices are completely reasonable!! i would recommend this place to anyone. thank you again t... read more
Excellent team who obviously has a passion to help animals ensure families are educated and feel comfortable and supported when making decisions about the care of their pets. Dr. Kim, Kim the tech, and Lena at the front desk are all amazing and brilliant at what they do. Lena’s ability to command the desk, tend to clients, answer calls, and successfully multitask numerous responsibilities is mind boggling! Thank you to the entire staff at VEG!
