My local pet ER closed down and this was the next closest for us. I had to bring in my cat Frankie today for an emergency. I was shocked and pleased as soon as I walked through the door. Most pet ER’s you end up waiting sometimes for hours to even see the doctor or be called back, not at this place. I sat down for maybe 30 seconds before a nice guy came out and pulled us back asking questions and already triaging her. I’ve search hi & low to find the perfect facility to care for my baby to be exact I went to 20 veterinarians clinics & hospitals. My 13 years old small female black terrier needed urgent care. I was in great distress by the time I came to there facility. They handle me & my baby with great care . They’ve have so much love for the field of work they do . First off I just wanna say that everyone there was very polite and pleasant to deal with, but there were a few things that I felt uncomfortable with and believe that it should be brought out into the light. I brought my dog there because he had hemorrhagic diarrhea, and I brought a stool sample and with me and the nurse said well if it’s diarrhea, we can’t test it, however, I shared that there was some formed stool in there that should be testable. I brought my dog in for the hives of unknown origin. The staff was SO wonderful. Everyone was gentle with her. They explained every they needed to do for her to treat her.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with kindness and compassion. The entire team made me feel like my dog was being cared for as if he were their own, which brought so much comfort during a stressful emergency.
