Poor communication
Once or twice in a lifetime you might be lucky enough to witness a Quantum Leap in a technology or field.(Aerospace, Medicine, etc) That change is only as good as the person (Doctor) driving this science. Today, Veeral M. Oza, MD Utilized cutting-edge new Colonoscopy Techniques that has allowed me to cancel an upcoming surgery. Amazing Doctor who explained the entire process priior and after the procedure. The Doctor spent time with me throughout this process. Thanks Again. Thak you
Scheduled my surgery back in January. I think I got a confirmation phone call or email at least once a month up to the surgery that was supposed to happen in July. A few days before he is suddenly unavailable. I took off weeks of work and doesn't have the decency for ANYONE in his office to call me as to what is going on. Instead got a call from scheduling department letting me know it's gonna have to be in August.
