I emailed Veensta+Lloyds about getting forced water propane boiler going in my parents house after my father passed away because I had no clue how it worked. They sent 2 technicians one of who I have known along time. They both were very professional and they got the heat going. The charged me what I believe to be a great price due to the situation. I booked a furnace service. The date as far as I was aware was for Oct 2 when the service man did not appear I called and was told, no, the appointment was for Oct 9. FIRST appointment. From the veenstra office to my residence is approximately 20 minutes. At 8:45 am on Oct 9 th, ( today) I called the office and asked where the person was. I got a rather snotty response from the receptionist, got placed on hold while she tried to locate the repair person. The hold dropped and I was then placed in some sort of queue?
