I'm saddened by her lack of empathy and compassion and willingness to work with, and for, her patients. Dr. Veenstra seems to do that least that she has to and doesn't have that "we're in it to win it" attitude. To put it mildly, she is not a people person, which could be overlooked by some. However, her lack of knowledge with new treatment options is startling. She's rarely prepared, and never goes over CT scans or has them up to review. I feel she briefly brushes over the final notes.
