She is a sincere and compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. She diagnoses conditions accurately and efficiently, and when a specialist consultation or additional tests are needed, she promptly provides referrals. She also follows up with a call the next day to check on how I’m doing, which I truly appreciate.
I have brought my mother to see this doctor. I think this doctor may have genuine mental illness. It's like multiple personalities. She seems to have a lot of problems and is very under staffed and overwhelmed. Refuses to help patients with referrals and other things. Nice one minute. Screaming the next. Very shaming. She made my mother feel like a bad person simply for being sick. She speaks very badly about her patients to other clinics I was told by a clinic coordinator. They all know her. I do not recommend.
Dr.Surapaneni been my PCP for more than 2 decades, she is the best! she listens , very quick and sharp , love her.
Mixed review. First, when I sit in the waiting room I can hear her listen to other patient's messages. I heard their names, medications, and complaints. It is not private. Then I went in. She does listen and then sent me for lab tests, but mostly she just refers rather than treats.At least that what she did both times I was there and I got her name from a friend's mother who said she does not usually treat. Dr. Veena is my primary physician for more than 10 years now. She is very experienced and diagnoses it very fast. Very genuine and caring person.
