Veena is not only the best doctor, (I’ve been going to her for at least 15 years) and I can honestly say she’s now my friend. My husband has recently started to go to her and we totally agree with the care we receive from her. In his words “she actually listens to what you say “.
I made an appt for this Dr in December of 2022 and couldn’t be seen until March 2023. I was a new patient and she was highly recommended. In February I get a call from her office saying she will be out of the office until May. I again said ok but they couldn’t get me in till June. I went ahead an scheduled asking if there was any chance this would be canceled again. They said no. Usually I never give -tive feedback in Public. But today we had very bad experience at the Doctor's front office. Initially we called her office in Oct 2022 and got the appt for me and wife in 21st Dec. but day before our appts they called and informed us that Dr need to travel and cannot have tomorrow's appt (12/21). so we understood and accepted the rescheduled appt which is on 01/12 When we go to office today around 9:05 AM for 9:00 am appt. Dr. Prabhakar is an amazing doctor and the best primary care physician I've had. She's very caring, intelligent and thorough. I'm very happy with my care and would highly recommend!
