Happy with my PCP I was referred by my sister-in-law and have been her patient for several years now. She keeps me on the straight and narrow regarding my weight and exercise as to hopefully keep me off medications for diabetes. She has late afternoon hours which is great since I teach and can't get out of school until after 2pm. If she can't be seen there's usually a nurse practitioner that can see you and if all else fails they'll send you downstairs to the urgent care center to be seen. Very convenient!
She's great.. if you want to be treated like crap. This loosely termed doctor is stuck in the dark ages of medicine. I had anxiety issues, so she put me on prozac, and over the course of three years, upped the dose until I was almost insane. She never once took my reporting of bizarre thoughts or behavior seriously. She also dismissed any of my inquiries into me having a certain disorder, no matter how many symptoms I had. a good PCP I picked Dr Molagavalli as my PCP pretty much when she came to town. Honestly, I don't get sick much. For my physicals, she has always been professional and easy to talk to you. I love having her as a PCP because on the rare occasion I do get sick, you can use the urgent care at Compass if she is your PCP. I do have a couple friends who have her for their doctor, and I can say they have seen her more often than me, and they have nothing but good things to say about her.
