If I could give this place no stars I would. The nurses were super rude and very unsterile. They grabbed trash off the floor then touched the trash can then just put gloves on. I could feel them stabbing into my arm while getting my Nexplanon removed and they also stabbed my wrist with the little knife. Also charged me $75 when it should have been free because of insurance. Will not be returning to this place. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of going here.
Front desk has to be a little more polite and smiley. I was scheduled for f/o email with the reminder of appointment said gateway location turns out my appt. Was scheduled at a different location mind you I come from the Westside waste of time of course I was offered to be seen by someone else but that’s not the point people have to be considerate it is long drive.
Dr. Ramirez is an excellent doctor! He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about his patients. I always feel comfortable and confident in his care. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and kind physician.
I see Dr Umeh hes a really good Dr and i liked going to his previous clinic before he changed because this Clinic has a rude receptionist and the person who took my vitals and asked me about my history was horrible! talk about people who hate their jobs. Wasnt going to write a review but Today as I Followed up for a prescription that was suppose to be sent on Friday the lady up front who answers was rude. Will not be returning.
Dr Childs is amazing ! I recommend this practice , staff is super friendly I have also seen Dr Ramirez once and he is awesome too!
