I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ramirez! He is truly an exceptional doctor—knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive to every concern. So you write a bad review on here and the office calls to apologize, but not fix anything? Waste of time… I’ve never heard of such a heartless Dr talking to a young female about have pre cancer like he’s ordering a salad… and to top it off when they called to “apologize” they still didn’t give her info on procedure when they told her it would be the next day… no! My daughter is a young patient, dealing with with aggressive precancerous cells, due to inexperience on her part, being a concerned Mom, she allowed me to go and ask questions to the Rude Heartless Dr, on her visit, apparently he would not allow it!!! Like seriously??? WHAT KIND OF BEDSIDE MANNER IS THIS?? We’re talking about cancer! When we’re young we miss out on asking important questions, and I was there just for that!
