Chef Vedam and his team at Vee Culinary are TOP NOTCH when it comes to gluten-free food. I hired them to cater a gluten-free party to celebrate my wife's 10-Year Gluten-Freeversary (10 years to the day she found out she has Celiac Disease). His food was outstanding. The fried fish. The CRAB CAKES. The salads. It was all so delicious. We will absolutely hire Vee Culinary again in the future.
