Amazing massage experience!! One of the best massages I have had. The lady was thorough and did not rush through the process or waste time. I took the 60 min hot stone massage and they were excellent

Booked an hour massage looking at their ratings and walked in with a 4plus star expectations. They were very pleasant at the reception. But it was a different experience in the massage room. The therapist was anti social and felt like a forced labor employee. She covered me head to Toe and started pushing my body in every direction. Felt like I was in a torture chamber. Do not get deceived by their rating. This is not a place where you should spend your money and time. STAY AWAY.

I genuinely don't understand the purpose of making an appointment here. On multiple occasions, my appointments have been delayed, rescheduled, or simply not started at the agreed time. The most recent incident involved being notified on the day of my appointment that I would need to wait even longer. At this point, it feels like appointment times are treated as suggestions rather than actual commitments. What makes this especially frustrating is the obvious double standard. I had a head spa scalp ritual honestly I have been to most of places for these head spas in and around GTA- there are better places tbh. In mississauga, there are for sure other places, o was not greeted well, no change of slippers, the head massage was not at all good- the person was not experienced. Also they dint apply post dry oil, which was lying on the table. I think they need to up their game. The pros were- place was ok and clean, I was seated in massage chair.
