I’ve been to other scalp massage places in the city, and in comparison, this was kind of mid. The washing and oils used were good, and the massage itself was relaxing, but it got kind of noisy mid way through the session. It was a good one time experience but I don’t think I’d come back. Got a deal with a groupon.

Loved the vibe and the massage. She really hit all my knots and was so kind. Affordable pricing and you can eat right after a massage since the plaza is just full of restaurants!

❌ Painful experience – ignored my hair loss warnings and ruined my scalp. Right from the start, I explicitly told the hair spa-person that I have active hair shedding and a sensitive, dehydrated scalp, and that she must be very gentle and use only the flat pads of her fingers. Because she did not understand English well, she completely ignored me. I told her multiple times—very expressively—not to scratch and not to use her nails. Very bad customer service from Robin who promised me that she would do a patch test on my skin and she never did. Very unreliable and inconsistent service which is certainly not professional and not good. I do not recommend this company and nor do I recommend their services. Stay away from them.
