Customer service was friendly, knowledgable on teas, and very helpful in picking what is best for you. Shared a genuine passion for tea and gave you options for what suited you. Primarily the teas come in big bags which you need a steeper for. If you have a steeper the teas are delicious, but keep in mind to follow the instructions on the packaging. Excellent tea, would recommend.
Very disappointed once again. Today was not the first time we tried to go to their retail location in Horizon Mall only to find the store closed. As it is, the store has extremely limited hours therefore finding it closed during those hours is extremely annoying. I don't need $65 worth of tea just so I can get free delivery when ordering online.
Vedic Teas is a great company, I would highly recommend ordering from them, you will not be disappointed. Great product and outstanding customer service!
