had a really positive experience with Dr. Syed. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. He explained my options clearly and recommended that I go to the ER if my eye worsened, explaining that there would be a doctor there who could assess it and potentially drain the stye or whatever is causing the swelling.
