The cleaning crew called me twice to keep me updated on their whereabouts. I REALLY appreciated this since I could run errands instead of rotting in my wifi-less apartment. Two gentlemen came to do my rug cleaning and really went above and beyond what I had expected. They even vacuumed the carpet inside my closets that I had not requested to be cleaned.
