I cannot believe the stuff around to buy some ramps from this place. My husband had to leave work on his lunch break several times to try and meet up with Ramesh, he was promised today that someone would be there at 7am for pickup on his way out to stanthorpe, no surprise YET AGAIN not a person in sight. Husband calls and was told they were 8 mins away, 20 mins later still no one. Buyer beware. I never post negative reviews, ever but we have been chasing a refund for faulty products since November. We kept getting stories about when the refund will be processed by Ramesh but now we are just being ignored. I don’t recommend using this company.
Ramesh went above and beyond to get us what we needed at a record price in a record time to get us up and running again. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He will be our first contact from now on.
