When signing a lease with Veda they put a 175$ mandatory cleaning fee for everyone under a year lease. Yet, when I moved in after being assured it was cleaned and all the damage from the previous tenants was fixed, it was a disaster. Nothing was cleaned or fixed and it had all been documented. I have been with VEDA in PG for 3 years and extending for the fourth. I am happy with the amenities, support, safety and the rate I am paying. I highly recommend VEDA to students and working professionals.
