When signing a lease with Veda they put a 175$ mandatory cleaning fee for everyone under a year lease. Yet, when I moved in after being assured it was cleaned and all the damage from the previous tenants was fixed, it was a disaster. Nothing was cleaned or fixed and it had all been documented.
