This company it’s garbage they charge u more then any other company I was in Illinois my lights always on and I barely pay a 100$ a month I just move to indiana I pay over 300$ a month and I live inside apartment they charge to much and they have a garbage customer service too
I wish I could give them negative stars. Absolutely terrible. How is this company not a monopoly? I thought there were laws in this country prohibiting one company from cornering the market on a product or service, and setting the price. Maybe some competition would make them a little more attentive to the people that are forced to use their service...
600 sq. ft. office. 1B/1B 9am - 5pm in Mt. Vernon, IN. Power turned off other hours. Charged $865 for 3 weeks power for January 2018. Historically since we've owned this (2.5 years) the bill has been 300% - 500% more than surrounding homes. Customer service offered no explanation. They were going to shut off power, no questions asked, if bill not paid. Had to give it 1 star because we were unable to offer "0" . Ready to go off grid from Vectron
