Worst Company ever. Trespasses unannounced in my backyard to make repairs on my neighbors gas?!? 🤔 Assures me will not effect my gas. Shuts my gas off while i am at the hospital. Oh well to bad we can't turn it back on for 2 weeks due to covid. not our problem you won't have hot water or heat.
Stick to appointments. Scheduled time today was from 1pm-5pm. I was at vacant house till 4pm and my client got there for last hour. At 5pm my client was still waiting even after talking to CP before 4pm still claiming tech would be there before 4pm. Now this caused our buyer to push inspections back another day which can hurt our deal. But why should CenterPoint care since it's been the same bad service all customers are accustom have been receiving for years.
Vectren truck 227723 Cut off our vehicle, we had to slam on our breaks. The front of my families car was next to his/her truck. We kept honking to let him/her know we were right next to the truck. The driver continued to pull into the lane causing us and the car behind us to slam on our breaks suddenly!
