I'm new to terre haute and have lived here for 13 days and was without power for 4 of Those days cause Duke sucks. But there was a gas leak across from my house last night and just for safety they had to shut the power off overnight again but at least with center point they were actually out there drilling and working their ass's off all night long untill they got the entire situation fixed. Spent over an hour to get an answer and couldn't talk to a supervisor. Terrible service. May switch to electric, they at least are concerned about their customers.
Absolute worst service provider I’ve ever had to deal with and nothing ever changes
It's the worst service I've ever had. You can't get the operator /computer to understand or put you through to any kind of service.I never get a Bill from your Company. I end up with a huge bill ! Is anyone even working ? The only good thing was the young lady who straightened it all out at the end!!!
