trying to xfer services, and with a 45 minute callback wait, i got 2 calls, and as soon as my phone rang they hung up. Nowhere to face to face and crap phone service.

Absolute worst Customer service ever My parents are dead. They have never lived in my house or even in this county. I paid their final bill when they died but centerpoint has them permanently attached to my residence. How cruel is it that every time I have to pay my gas bill they have to rub in my face that my parents are dead.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. They shut off power to 1 of my apartments instead of transferring it back to the landlord, which I was on phone and filled out paperwork for 3 hours about earlier this year and made sure it was. To top it off they shut off to the wrong apartment so I have tenants without heat I've sent maintenance out twice to see what was goin on and they figured it out the meters are clearly marked with apartment numbers and they still messed it up.
