Wow.....I've checked out what I can for free at VV, and it looks pretty good; I've talked to their customer service and that also went well. I was thisclose to trying their $10-5 week trial until I read these reviews. When I hear anything about their handling of charges and customer credit card, that's a big RED FLAG to me.
