I just hauled out at Vector Yachts. The team were friendly, professional and more than accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend the yard and all the services they offer.
Poor communication and shocked at small repair on outboard motor cost $600. Talk your business somewhere else. Never given estimate until paying....
Vector was the one place that would come through with an emergency haul out of our 40 ft. Ponderosa at 1:30 am after we had backed into a reef near Pirates Cove that day. We had bent the Stbd. rudder and were taking on water at about 6 ga. per hour at Telegraph Harbor. We got a Vessel assist escort to the yard and that is where the Vector Team went to work. They were able to repair all the hardware perfectly and contracted with Philbrooks to repair the fiberglass damage. It took 3 1/2 month to finish but that was just due to... read more
Amazing service from John. Originally contacted through Facebook then went in store to have a chat. Very friendly and knowledgable. Took a motor home a week later. Couldn't fault the service, he went above and beyond. Thankyou
