The receptionist was so rude and i told her i dint wanna be there for treatment dont know how to talk with patients I didn’t expect that please be soft with patient we didn’t t want you to treat me like royal just treat normal not rude I would rather book an appointment 1 hrs far but no here

I was a patient of this facility 2/21/25. Let me begin by saying the facility is ideally located on 99th street in Rego park. Running parallel to queens blvd, close to the Long Island expressway and near lots of mass transit options. Upon entering the facility you forest notice the cleanliness. Everything has a bright clean sense to it without the over saturation of chemical smells. The rooms are well equipped with the basics. The rooms are temperature controlled. The bed is full size.
