James was very easy to work with. He gave a detailed and thorough breakdown of the repairs I needed on my horse trailer. I really appreciated how he documented everything with videos and photos, so it was easy to see what was being repaired. I’m very happy to have my trailer back to being safe to haul my horse in. Highly recommend, wish I had gone to him first!

I was having issues with my trailer brakes sticking. James was able to get it in quickly to diagnose the problem (failing surge actuator), order/install the new components, and road test to confirm everything was working properly. Along the way, James provided excellent communication. Will definitely use Vector Services again for trailer maintenance and repair.

Good listener and very responsive business owner. Looks out for customers best interests. Tells you what needs to be done and gives you good options to accomplish that. Always aware of any budget needs and tries to accommodate that as best as he can. I wouldn't hesitate to take my trailer to Vector.

Connecting with James/Vector Services has been an amazing experience! I can rate everything five star- communication, timeliness, professionalism, initiative! I’m extra impressed with the before and after photos, as well as videos narrating what was done. He also gave me some helpful trailering tips! Highly recommend!
