James is awesome! He’s so understanding and patient with my busy work schedule. My trailer got into an accident few weeks back and James was so quick to fix it so I didn’t get behind on my workload. James is the man to come to!!!

Yes, this company and James are totally 110% top notch, honest, communicative, incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Vector Service for all trailer repairs and improvements. However, his shop is busy, they will put you on a schedule that maybe a week or three out (a testament to the great service and fair pricing). With that in mind, plan accordingly.

I took my trailer to Vector for the annual (mine was 5 annuals overdue), new tires, brakes all around, and an awning repair. Let me tell you, this awning was not going to be easy for anyone! James diagnosed and solved my issue, keeping me up to date the whole way. Transparency in pricing, transparency in labor, just generally transparent and capable as all get out. James was very easy to work with. He gave a detailed and thorough breakdown of the repairs I needed on my horse trailer. I really appreciated how he documented everything with videos and photos, so it was easy to see what was being repaired. I’m very happy to have my trailer back to being safe to haul my horse in. Highly recommend, wish I had gone to him first!
