I had the MOST AMAZING technician by the name of Prince install my alarm. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, courteous, friendly, precise and dedicated. I did not know people like Prince still existed in our world, but I am so thankful for him! He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure everything was perfect before he left.
