Ken and Caleb came to repair my alarm system this morning and I could not be more pleased with their work. Both men were friendly, polite, and professional. I appreciated the calm, methodical way they checked my system and replaced my old battery. Excellent, timely service! I was pleased with every person I dealt with from Christina in the office to Ken and Stacy who were on time and helpful in handling my service call.
Ken Cooper and Caleb Stevens came when promised and competently repaired a nonfunctioning sensor, and while they were here checked all the other sensors.
Ken, our technician, is always prompt, so polite and courteous, and quick to diagnose and solve the issue. It’s always nice when I see it’s him at the door. I know that he will take care of us! He installed our system 10+ years ago in this house as well as in another house before that! Thank you, Ken!!
