Fantastic service. Great company and top notch support.
I’ve had Vector for years and I’ve had a couple trouble calls where the Tech needed to come and make the repair until one day a very nice gentleman by the name of Derek came to fix the issue or issues. Derek is top notch! He took his time to diagnosed the issue, double checked everything before he left. With that said, Derek is my go to anytime I have an issue. Vector, in my opinion is very fortunate to have Derek as an employee.
Bob was awesome he was able to fix everything can’t be more happier excellent service technician 10-11-24 That is wonderful as usual did everything that needed to be done completed all tasks. He was able to fix everything that we’re having problems with and gave me advice on How to do stuff I know I have to go get my charging cable Front door, but I’m very happy with what he did today Excellent technician
