Your technician, Ketzal, was very good! He was very patient, and took the time and care to make sure everyrhing worked well, and that he had answered all my questions before he left.
Technician Tommy Hodges went through and checked all my sensors after a failed signal. He explained the panel and its design. His customer service was fantastic and he represented Vector well.
Wonderful personable technician who knew almost Immediately what the issue was and how to repair it also went the extra mile to update our control panel. We are very happy! Bob was a true professional even took the time to show me the correct way to change our smoke Detector. That chirping was driving us crazy. Bob did it again great personalized service and was able to replace the alarm in minutes! 10 stars if that were a thing!
Jon did a wonderful job upgrading our system. He was on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. We appreciate his thorough service and commitment to meeting our needs. Thank you Vector/Jon.
Excellent, fantastic, great, God like! Best service ever!
