Everyone from Vector was very responsive and informative. We had just moved to the street and they were able to get in the day after a consult to install and update the system. Steve was great, had answers to all my questions and took his time to make sure we were comfortable with they system. System itself is great and has gone a long way making our move feel more comfortable. Thanks y'all.
Vector was out today to update our system. Our Sales guy was Bill and he was just AWESOME! Didn’t oversell, made suggestions and steered us in the right direction. He arranged for our install with our tech Jake. Both he and Bill are really nice guys & great to work with. My wife and I were SUPER impressed with Jake & the work he did and the advice & guidance he had for us to get our system in tip-top shape. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I have had a constant beeping on my alarm, I have called them 5 times only to start at position 33 and then get disconnected when I am at position 24. I will be disconnecting this service as soon as I can get hold of someone.
Great customer service and the technician, Steve W., was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Jake was beyond helpful all the way through installation, programming and tutorial. Great thanks for having him on the team. He went beyond through the whole installation. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to have a security system installed!
