Very professional service and installation.
The installation team was great - Jeff got everything up and running and made sure everything was complete before finishing the job. They took the extra care to make sure everything was setup the right way, fixed issues with the previous system, and even made sure that we knew how to use the app. There was great follow up to make sure we also knew how to use the cameras, set the alarms, and more. Would highly recommend.
The visit from Frank was the most productive interaction with a technician from your company that I have had. No other technician even bothered to offer instructions on the use of the system. I did not understand it well and would contact the previous owner of my house for help. Frank appeared to think that it was his job and that of other techies to ensure that customers understand how to use the settings to their advantage rather than by trial and error or not at all.
