Great thank you for your help today very good experience with the employees at Vector Security.
Let me tell you about my BAD experience, I added a new alarm system that had issues from day one with a warning light telling me there is a issue with a low battery warning. That i was not aware of, so I called several times with no call back, I asked for a supervisor 3 different times with no one calling me back. Finally they sent a tec out that was very unhelpful, and left before it was fixed and charged me only after 3 mouths of installation. And I had to carry the latter around for her to use.
