John, tech was very professional, on time, got my cameras back up operational. Very knowledgeable.
Kelly the road service technician is the best of the company. For over a week of unsatisfied customer service via phone and texting, one short visit from Kelly my faith in Vector is restored. Every customer service agent /supervisors gave me different answers for over a week and never corrected my front camera issues. Thank you Kelly!!
We got trapped in a 3 year contract with false promises and frankly lies. Counting the months till we can stop paying them $70 a month for nothing!!! Do not do it & we tried to contact them and customer service is horrible
