Very prompt, communication with service very good!
We have had Vector for less than 1 month and they won't let us out of our contract that we didnt know we had because the rep said we could cancel at anytime leading to believe they were month to month.
I'm really disappointed in Vector Security! In February 2024, I purchased 2 cameras and a doorbell camera from Vector. I spent around $1500. The technician came out and installed them, along with a new panel for monitoring/service. Recently, my internet company upgraded my router and modem. Vector now wants me to pay to come out to reconnect my cameras. Meanwhile, I'm still paying for monitoring my home, without actually having anything connected! The cost for them to do this is at least $200+, and I just can't afford it. So... read more
