I needed to replace a hard wired sensor with a wireless one. Tim came in and immediately identified the ideal location and reprogrammed my system for the new sensor. He showed me how to navigate the app and he activated the chime feature when any door or window is opened. Quick in and out, and he was very knowledgeable.
