John was out to troubleshoot my security system that suddenly stopped communicating. He was on time for the appointment and was friendly and helpful. System was again up and running in no time with some additional cleanup of wires to make it easier if additional work is ever needed.
Installer was professional, respectful of my home, being sure not to track in dirt. Installer was thorough and patient when explaining the security system.
John C did excellent job . Made sure we understood the system before leaving. Highly recommend John and the company.
Just had our Vector alarm system upgraded to cellular due to change in internet service. Been a customer for almost 30 years and Jon C was wonderful as an installer. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly and trained us on the new system. He is an asset to Vector Security
