Jay did a great job with installation and explained our new system. He was very patient and understanding of teaching us the new features of our system.
Jay from Vector was very friendly. He took time to explain our new equipment to us, and also cleaned up thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Vector and Jay!
We have been Vector Security customers for years. We recently had a service tech come out to replace batteries in smoke detectors and CO monitors. We have an equipment service plan so we only had to pay for the tech to come to our home, the device maintenance is included in our plan. Batteries were changed but one month later all of our CO monitors started beeping.
