I’m very happy with my initial interactions with Vector, particularly with Ben who came out today to confirm the existing system in my new home is working properly. He was extremely professional, friendly, efficient and thorough making some adjustments and teaching me how to use the system. Ben was even able to install a new smoke detector upon my on-the-spot request, so I didn’t need to schedule another service call. Excellent experience!
I recently moved into a condo that includes Vector Security within the HOA fee, so I had no experience with them prior (I actually had never heard of them!) I scheduled a time for a technician to assist me with switching the system over to my name - Tech Josh did more than that! He helped me understand the system as a whole and even reinstalled the motion and fire detectors the painters hadn't put back.
