We have been with Vector for several years, and they have been wonderful to deal with, recently we had to have a service call and the technician Jay was absolutely wonderful.
Jay is AHHHMAZING! WOW, he knows his stuff! We were having an issue with our alarm and Laura sent Jay out and he was just the nicest and most knowledgeable technician! So glad he was able to share his knowledge with me. Frank suggested I have Jay show me how to navigate the app and now I feel empowered to utilize that moving forward.
