Repairman showed up on time, was extremely thorough in his assessment of the problem and fixed the issue! Vector has always been very responsive to any issues which may crop up from time to time. Highly recommend!
I am so happy with my new home security system. Ben called ahead and arrived on time. He answered all of my questions and took the time to go over all of the details. He cleaned up everything. I am very impressed. I will be telling my friends and family about Vector Security.
I have called 3 times about a so called over due bill and sent 8 emails to the billing department to get the situation corrected. This is all over trip charges which I have paid every time and on time. The first time I called the person could not tell me the address that the account was linked to. The second time I called they were able to tell me the address and told me that all I owed was one trip charge and the check was in the mail at that time . Jeremy was a joy to work with he addressed all my concerns answered all my questions and took the time to make sure to work was done correctly. Once everything was set up the system work perfectly. I will highly recommend using Vector Security-Columbus Ohio.
Staff have been great. Working with Ben Nelson and Josh have been awesome to work with. They are responsive and have worked with me collaboratively. Appreciate them.
