Great Security Company, tech was very knowledgeable and professional, did a great job.
It goes off and does not make a sound. The company calls everyone that does not live in my home and never calls me. They do send the police so I guess that's a positive. The equipment system is not worth a crap.
The system did not work properly. They promised to fix it. After the 3 day window of when it could be taken out and money refunded they stopped answering calls. The customer service gives you the run around and the service technicians don't show up.
