Mr. Sunny was an utmost professional. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, and very competent. He informed me of each step in the installation process. He assisted me in setting up the app on my phone and showed me how to work the touch pad screen. He appears to be a excellent employee and an asset to the Vector Security Company!
Many, many thanks to Paul & Tyler for all their help Friday. A car was stolen from our property Tuesday, later found burned. The car's owner and the police department requested our video footage. Our system would not let us do a search, so I called Vector. Paul & Tyler worked together and got our system back up & running. They even emailed us the requested footage of the theft. I've received terrible service from this company. They've never come to fix my product yet continue to take a monthly fee. The user interface is very marginal. I'd recommend another product instead of this one.
