Many, many thanks to Paul & Tyler for all their help Friday. A car was stolen from our property Tuesday, later found burned. The car's owner and the police department requested our video footage. Our system would not let us do a search, so I called Vector. Paul & Tyler worked together and got our system back up & running. They even emailed us the requested footage of the theft. I've received terrible service from this company. They've never come to fix my product yet continue to take a monthly fee. The user interface is very marginal. I'd recommend another product instead of this one.
Great experience so far! My technician on my install was nice, informational, and professional. All my needs were met, can’t wait to be safe and secure with vector!
