I was told by salesman that I was signing a one year contract but after trying to cancel I was told it was a five year contract. That had it in fine print. Be cautious with their tricky tactics.

I had a system that was put in by another local company and had problems from day one. I called Guardian Force Security for their help. They were able to come and service my equipment. I now have a service contract with them. I am very happy with their service and their employees. They always respond quickly and take the time to help you understand your system. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used guardian force for years and they went from a good company to bad. They do not stand behind their equipment they have tech's that no nothing and could not give a heck about you as the customer and if you complain to the company they loose your complaints and the BBB backs them because they pay for that accrediated standard. Long story short stay away from this company....total bad news...

Bad Service – I don't recommend them on service or performance. Call them and "Terri" will sound like she could care less to speak to you or help you. I have a 1 month old system that is literally still not even connected due to faulty equipment, and bad communication in their service dept. They are "trying" to solve the problems, they are giving me free months to make up for their lack of service, but it is still not enough.

messed my house up & over charged – They had unexplained charges. They were rude. Find a different alarm company

Would Not Recommend – Technical service does not return calls, when help is needed. The dvr with their camera system makes a lot of noise. I personally would find another company.

Do not do business with this company. – My mother-in-law was going through cancer treatments (cancer that finally took her away from us) when there were a few break ins in her neighborhood. She told the salesman that came to her house that she wasn't long for this world and his exact words were "You can't collect from a dead person." BUT you can threaten their relatives two years after the death of that person. Tonight I got a phone call from a collection agency threatening me with a civil suit if we didn't pay up.
