Called for service because our main keypad was not funtioning properly. Dave, the Service Tech, troubleshot our system, found our main keypad to be faulty, and replaced it. He spent a lot of time ensuring the system was updated and operating properly. Before leaving, he provided a tutorial on the new keypad and answered any questions we had.
