Outstanding install experience. Tech called prior to arrival, arrived exactly on time and proceeded to complete the install. George was respectful of my home, efficient and helpful. He gave a great tutorial prior to finishing up and made sure the system was functioning as intended. The process couldn’t have been easier. Very pleased!
I have been using Vector Security since it was Hammond. a very good Tech, George, came to do the installation of a new system in the garage building and followed up until I was comfortable using all the features. Rarely you find someone so knowledgeable and willing to assist you till all is smooth.. Vector is #1
The Tech that came in for service repairs, was kind courteous and informative
We had two very friendly and knowledgeable techs come over to set up several smart lights and outlets. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they made sure that everything worked properly and our phone apps were set up correctly. Then they made sure that we knew how to use them to take advantage of all of the smart home features.
I have used Vector Security now for 15 years, and could not be happier with the service. Every representative, whether on the phone or at my home has been intelligent, polite, responsive, and took great care in respecting me and my property. Most recently my installer George just completed a very large upgrade to my system. As strange as it may seem, I will actually miss having him here; he has been that gracious.
