This company has been great, when there is a problem with the system, they fix it instead of my previous company who charged for everything. Top class service and support.
Steve, the service tech is wonderful at troubleshooting issues. This isn’t the first time he’s been to my home. He is always prompt, thorough and excellent at solving and fixing the problem. Plus he’s a really nice guy who truly seems to care about the customer!!
Frank was great in fixing our issues with our alarms. The fact that we need items replaced after a newish install (about a year) is more concerning with Vector in general (2nd service call to replace new alarms).
We recently had Vector Security install a system in our new home, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. From start to finish, everyone we worked with was helpful, patient, and incredibly understanding of our unique situation.
