George has been an absolutely stellar technician helping get everything set up in my house and making sure everything is setup correctly and done right. Really appreciate all of the help and attention to detail. Excited to be using them for all my security needs.
When I could get hold of the local office service was great. Now that you get transferred to Vector’s “customer experience center” it is relatively hopeless. They couldn’t schedule a repair for nearly 2 weeks so our house has been uncovered. Wait times on the phones are routinely more than 10 minutes. They can’t confirm the time the service person will arrive until the last minute.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We have several homes on one property that are serviced by Vector, and we have an annual service contract. Every time there is a problem with our system, it is very difficult to schedule a service. We have a defective hardwired FIRE alarm that keeps beeping so we had to uninstall it today. The first service appointment I could get is 10 days away, so we will be unprotected in the meantime.
