Vector security was great from start to finish - from quote or installation. We had Tyler install our system - he was kind, professional, and quick! He did however take time to walk us through our setup and the app. All around great - would highly recommend!

Outstanding technical service from George. He came to activate an existing alarm service after I moved into a house, and ran into a myriad of issues which he resolved with patience and skill. He was very friendly and at kept me well informed of what work he was doing. At the end he explained very clearly how to get started with the system and what other things I might want to explore later to customize it to my needs.
