I have had Vector Security for over three years now and I’m a satisfied customer! I had Steve come today to update my WiFi in my door bell camera and driveway camera after recently switching internet service. Steve was very professional, understanding, and kind. Customer service was very poor I called about a defective lock on my front door and had to wait two weeks for an appointment when scheduling the appointment I asked them to make sure they had the part in stock or at least by the time of the appointment date of course they did not so I waited for the entirely of my 4 hour window for the technician to arrive only to confirm the lock is defective and needs to be replaced but can’t do anything about it because no replacement was ordered. I've had nothing but good experiences with Vector so far. I just had some cameras installed at my business and Tom and Sean hit it out of the park throughout the whole process, from walking us through equipment options, to performing a very smooth installation, to showing us how to use our new system. Jeff has also been super helpful from day one. Highly recommended!
