Last year we received multiple calls from this company to update our security system. If we did not update: our current equipment would no longer be able to send signals; the company would no longer be able to monitor us; our app would no longer work. We did not update. We have received bills for the past 2 quarters even though we have not been receiving service since the beginning of this year. They are not providing the service that we signed a contract for and they refuse to cancel service
I have contacted them several times since July to have my Cameras fixed and our app they installed on our phones fixed. Im always told I will get a call back and never do. I have been paying for services I cant use since July 2021. I had an appt. I called on 1/26/22 to complain and was told Management would call me back at my work number that day and I still have not heard from ANYONE!.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, still. I had a security system installed inside my home, with a security camera installed outside on 4/7/21 and have had nothing but problems with the camera since. It won't save recordings, sometimes doesn't even record activity, and today it again stopped working after 2 'technicians' came out THIS WEEK.
